This summer training program is designed for the moderately experienced runner. If you are a returning runner to the CPXC Girls Team, this may be a place to start. Do your best to get in as much of the training as

- Calendar - You can use this calendar as a guide for your daily training. The
calendar does not include any supplemental training, such as,
weightlifting, strides, core work, jump rope, etc. Please work these
activities into your training using your best discretion.
