Summer Training: Beginner

This summer training program is designed for the novice runner.  If you are new to the sport, and are just getting into running, this is the program for you.  Do your best to get in as much of the training as possible.  If you are a freshman, this would most likely be your training program.
  • Spreadsheet of Weekly Training - Breaks down your weekly training goals and objectives.
  • Calendar - You can use this calendar as a guide for your daily training.  The calendar does not include any supplemental training, such as, weightlifting, strides, core work, jump rope, etc.  Please work these activities into your training using your best discretion.
