Lower Leg Drills

  • Toes In
    • Walk on your toes, pointed in for 2 x 20m
  • Toes Out
    • Walk on your toes, pointed out for 2 x 20m
  • Heels
    • Walk on your heels, toes off the ground for 2 x 20m
  • Dynamic Walking
    • Walk, planing heel first (toes off the ground) and roll to your toes (heels off the groun), then push off your toes to drive your knees up for 2 x 20m
  • Walk Toe Raises
    • Stand 12 inches away from a wall, back to the wall, lean against the wall (shoulders against the wall), raise your toes off the ground 10 times for a count of 10.
