Clothing
  • Running outfits (shorts, shirts, undergarments) (plan for 4 workouts)
  • At least 2 pairs of shoes (1 running, 1 regular)
  • Daily change of shirt (be weather conscious), plus 1 extra
  • Daily change of pants/jeans and/or shorts (be weather conscious), plus 1 extra pair
  • Daily change of socks and undergarments, plus 2 extra of each
  • Jacket or coat
  • 1 pair of pajamas
  • 1 pair of sweats (mornings and evenings may be cold)
