Training from now until 6/23

Girls, at this point in the summer, all of you should be starting to train.  Below is a basic outline of what your training should look like.  Feel free to make adjustments.  When practice starts on June 23rd, you will be expected to have already been training.

Fri - 6/13 - 15-20 min + stretching + core
Sat - 6/14 - 20-25 min + strides + stretching
Sun - 6/15 - cross train or off + stretch
Mon - 6/16 - 20-25 min + stretching + core
Tues - 6/17 - 25-30 min + strides + plyos
Wed - 6/18 - cross train or off + stretch
Thurs - 6/19 - 25-30 min w/ 4x30 sec sprinkled in + stretching
Fri - 6/20 - 20-25 min + stretching + core
Sat - 6/21 - 35-40 min + strides + stretching
Sun - 6/22 - off + stretch
