Weekly Training - Posted on R2W

The weekly training program will be posted on our team page; Bulldog Running (2013-2014).  Scroll to the bottom to view the forum.  If you miss practice, please use that as a guide for the day's agenda.  What's listed is relatively vague and subject to change, but at least it gives you an idea of what you'll be missing.  Please note that it does not include all the extra things we do on a regular basis (abs, pushups, plyos, myrtle routine (hip exercises), strides, jump rope, hurdle drills, medicine balls, lifting, doubling, etc).  If you know you will not be at a practice (vacation, doctor, etc), please talk with Coach Piaskowy about the workouts you will be missing.  He will be able to give you more individualized instructions.
