- 7:30am - Bus Leaves CPHS
- 9:00am - Arrive at the course
- 9:40am - Warm Up
- 10:30am - Girls Race (report to start 10 min before race)
- 11:00am - Boys Race
- 12:00pm - Awards (presented in gym)
- 1:45pm - Lunch (@ Ryan's)
- 3:30pm - Arrive Back to CPHS
Additional Info - NO Pets at the meet
- We will stop for food at Ryan's Buffet on way home. This will be paid for (compliments of CPHS Athletics).
- Advancement (to State) - Top 6 teams & Top 10 individuals from non-advancing teams
- Checklist - Uniform, Spikes, Warm Ups, Water Bottle, Extra Clothes, Healthy Snacks
